In this assignment you are to write a 4–6 page paper in which you complete the following:

- Be sure to explain your rationale for the strategies that you selected.
- Develop an outline for your training program.
- The outline should not be more than 2 pages of your assignment.
- Outline the resources you will need for the activities that you have planned. This includes any travel, personnel, equipment, and possible budgetary considerations.
- Support your rationale with scholarly research, using three sources to support your writing. Choose sources that are credible, relevant, and appropriate.
