In an effort to recognize the volunteer pilots, the system should include the following:

The purpose of this business case is to lay out the Tiger Team’s strategy for establishing a computer-based system for the Pilot Angels project and any risk, time, and financial investment involved in the project. As a result, Pilot Angels’ will be able to provide faster service for customers in need of critical assistance. The system will also create a better platform for customers to schedule appointments, all while reducing the time it takes for services to be performed. Lastly, Husky Air will establish a great reputation for its Pilot Angels program and increase the number of lives saved.
