Clear Boundary is a Must: A Program Development in the Current Learning and Tools of Correspondence Students in the University of the Philippines.

NEEDS ASSESSMENT:
When the pandemic started, in the University of the Philippines set two (2) modes of learning at the University. (Online mode and Correspondence mode) The two learning modes are new to students and professors, and most of the time, the boundaries between the said modes are unclear. Indefinite boundaries may cause a mismatch in activities that the professor may require, especially in correspondence mode students. The mismatch may cause stress and ineffective absorption of learning.
Learners have different reasons for not taking the online mode; it could be an internet connection problem, lack of gadgets or they are working students.
This program will allow students to learn effectively despite lacking an internet connection or having a job while studying. Professors will also inform on how they will disseminate knowledge and give proper activities to their students. It will help them to be effective in their future careers inclined with their current program despite challenges and their learning mode.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Learning objectives outline the learning outcomes of a training program. This allows the learner to understand the purpose of the training program. So, by engaing in this training program, the students will be able to:
Differentiate the boundaries between the online mode and the correspondence mode of learning.
Recognize and understand the various barriers to efficient learning.
Discover effective learning methods despite not having access to digital resources or working while studying.
Learn some ways to actively communicate with their teachers, despite being correspondence students.
Acquire some information about what they need to do to be successful in their future careers.
