Mark is a heterosexual male who is part of a Roman Catholic family that believes that the Bible should be strictly and literally interpreted and followed. He is hired to work in an early years learning centre and upon arriving for his first day of work, he finds out that most of his fellow educators are members of the LGBTIQ+ community. Because of his strict religious beliefs, he immediately feels uneasy and uncomfortable. One day, Mark is assigned by his supervisor to work with a group of educators to organise an excursion. One of Mark’s tasks is to delegate roles to each person. However, he realises that half of the group are members of the LGBTIQ+ community.
