Differential Reinforcement of Other Behavior (DRO)
2) outline a way to insure that the data from your performance checklist could be used as feedback to your trainee (how delivered, ways to make critical comments ‘less aversive’, etc.)
3) How will you imbed REINFORCEMENT in your feedback per your findings?
