Part 3 – RELATE TO OUR CONTEMPORARY ERA
Choose a current/contemporary issue that relates to your Research Project theme
OR choose a modern or contemporary artist whose work relates to your Research Project theme.
This could include how our modern world might be influenced by these works and the legacies of the cultures they are from. Or could be about an artist who is significantly influenced by the works or theme you are discussing.
Research and take notes (using the same instructions from Part 2) using the Medgar Ever College online library system and any other other reputable online sources.
Required Deliverables to Submit in Blackboard:
> Works Cited list for Part 3 using MLA Citation format
Minimum of (1) source (book or journal article; can be online or hard copy from library) from the Medgar Evers Library system

Minimum of (1) other source (Wikipedia can not be used as a source; if you find material from Wikipedia, you must go to the original source material listed in the Wikipedia entry)
> Minimum of (2) pages of typed notes (or handwritten, but must be legible) from your Part 3 Research
Use the same notetaking format required in Part 2; i.e. make sure it is clear which sources each of your notes are from; in your notes use parenthesis with Author's Last Name and page number example: (Stokstad 144)
