Using APA format, each student will submit a 5- to 7-page paper (NOT including the title and reference pages) on their chosen public health topic. NO LATE PAPERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Students must use a MINIMUM of 5 CREDIBLE SOURCES. This paper MUST include the following information about the chosen public health topic:
- Introduction
- Definition (i.e. What is it? What are the causes? How is it spread? Who does it affect?)
- History (i.e. Who discovered it? How was it discovered?)
- Prevention Methods (i.e. immunizations, education, regulation)
- Current Statistics (National and/or International)
- Future (i.e. Threats, Advances in Prevention and/or Treatment, Eradication, etc.)
- Conclusion
