In last week’s Program Development Assignment, you designed an organizational chart to align with your program's missions and structure. Now it is time to consider the kinds of jobs that will fit your organization. You will also consider the supervisory needs for these jobs. Instructions: Remember to answer each question fully. You do not need to provide in-text references since this project centers on your original thoughts. Hiring/Staff:

1. Provide a job description for one of the roles that will make your program work. Be sure to also include the specific activities the position will include as well as the ideal candidate's requirements.

2. What questions would you pose when interviewing candidates for this job? What answers would you be looking for?

Supervising/Managing:

1. Once this job is filled, what would be the most important issues that the employee’s supervisor might need to address?

2. Based on your organizational flow, what will the chain of command be for this employee? (Your response can be in a list/bullet format).
