- How are the risks of high EI best avoided?
- Explain how leaders can enhance their own emotional intelligence.
- Choose two or three specific components of EI and expand on how leaders can develop each of them.
- Explain your current mastery of emotional intelligence.
- Of the various components of EI, identify one that you believe you have mastered.
- Provide evidence with at least two specific, detailed examples that demonstrate your mastery of this component of EI.
