1.  The major ethical principles of human service in these organizations all share within their codes are clients' privacy and integrity. Each organization must protect the privacy of their clients because of their profession. The clients must trust them so they can help them with what needs that whichever organization can help them. More importantly, intergrity is another ethic that the organizations share also. For example, the code identifies the core values of social work's mission-based. (Code of Ethics. (2021). National Association of Social Workers.) The issue of diversity, cultural differences, and multiculturalism fit into the codes because that is the main focus. These organizations make sure they honor cultural diversity and advocate for social justice. After reviewing these codes of ethics I would have to say the primary roles and responsibilities of human services agencies and providers are to help humans with their basic needs. To make sure the human can live a productive life by enhancing their well-being. The roles of these organizations are very important because so many people need help with everyday life.

These principles are important for human services work because they provide guidance on how to conduct ethical interactions with clients and ensure that they are treated with respect and dignity. Additionally, these principles protect the safety and well-being of clients, providing them with the assurance that their rights and needs will be respected and met.

Issues of diversity, cultural differences, and multiculturalism are all addressed within the codes of ethics of the National Human Services Organization, the American Counseling Association, and the National Association of Social Workers. All three organizations acknowledge the importance of respecting diversity and acknowledge the importance of understanding and respecting the cultural differences of their clients. The National Human Services Organization's code of ethics states that practitioners should strive to create an environment that is inclusive and respectful of all individuals' backgrounds and experiences. The American Counseling Association Code of Ethics states that counselors should be aware of their own biases and strive to work in a culturally competent manner, while the National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics states that social workers should strive to provide services that are respectful of clients' cultures, identities, and values.

The primary roles and responsibilities of human services agencies and providers are to provide services that are ethical, respectful, and culturally competent. Human services agencies should strive to provide services to clients that are in line with ethical principles, such as respect for the inherent dignity and worth of each individual, non-discrimination, justice and fairness, competence, integrity, and responsibility. Additionally, human services providers should strive to be aware of their own biases and create an environment that is respectful of, and inclusive of, all individuals' backgrounds and experiences. They should also strive to provide services that are respectful of clients' cultures, identities, and values. Furthermore, human services providers should strive to provide services that are accessible, equitable, and appropriate for the needs of the individuals they serve. Finally, human services agencies should strive to ensure that all clients are treated with respect and dignity, and have their rights and needs respected and met.
