They have experienced significant turn-over in the past year and you aren’t getting any meaningful explanations in the exit interviews. You think if you can gather information from the current staff you might be able to help the department come up with solutions to retain employees. Senior leaders will not be in attendance at the focus group so you don’t think employees will have a problem speaking up, but you want to be sure to organize the format and layout to encourage participation.
