Having successfully secured the equipment needed from the Specialist Equipment Library and conducted training with relevant staff to attend to Sasha’ ( She has a rare and severe form of Muscular Dystrophy and uses a wheelchair for mobility) daily needs and routines, you’ve enrolled Sasha into the service. Sasha will start tomorrow.
Prepare your staff
This morning you host a meeting with staff to discuss Sasha’s commencement tomorrow, to ensure that it goes smoothly, and that Cassie, Theo and Sasha feel welcomed into the service.
Develop your team’s inclusive practice.
