Case scenario – Sasha Congratulations, it looks like you’ve been promoted! Late Friday afternoon, Carol (Little Catalysts ELC Director) called to say that she had to go on urgent leave to attend to family matters and would not be back at the service for at least 4 – 6 weeks. She nominates and trusts you to step into the role of Acting Director for Little Catalysts Early Learning Centre while she’s away.
