Does the Wodaabe’s mating ritual seems so different from ours or not? State your personal opinion.

Answer 1:
1. There is no doubt that the Wodaabe’s mating rituals are quite different from ours. It is the men who spend hours putting on their make-up. Men participate in male pageants in which women judge them, and they also risk their lives stealing someone else’s wife. It is different from us, as we meet people wherever they are, whether it is in person, online, or through friends, and then proceed from there. Wodaabe has no restrictions on how many partners they have, unlike us. where People usually get married after over 1 year and only have one significant other.
2. There is a reason for their choice of dance not just because it is part of their tradition, but also because it is a way for them to show their beauty, the men dance for hours, baring their teeth, rolling their eyes in an attempt to impress the female judges with their pearly whites and clear eyes. As a result, women have the right to decide who will be their betrothed and even women who are married have the right to take a different man as a sexual partner as long as they are able to do so in an ethical manner.
3. My overall opinion is that it is interesting to observe how they find a mate. My first thought when I heard about a male pageant was not to think that a woman could choose to go with that individual and leave her husband if she wanted to. The fact that some men had so many wives made me think that it was quite different from the way we lived. As far as I know, I am not aware of anyone with more than thirty wives, or who would risk their lives to steal a wife from someone else. The whole story was very interesting and I would like to find out where it all originated from.

Yes, it does seem different; a courtship in our society isn’t on the premise of getting involved with a married person. It’s a tradition that usually two single people develop into a marriage. The pageantry of men in make-up smiling to seduce another man’s wife is like how unsuccessful marriages would be a way to be out at clubs and leave your partner for someone who sees your beauty as the spouse wouldn’t.
Dance is an expression showing intimate moves and reflecting your character. The movements can allude to the emotions a woman looks for, and the quality of life displayed through dance. Also, they choose to dance to show their physical attributes, a vital feature that can have positive benefits for matting purposes.
I enjoyed the prince with thirty wife story. The confidence and popularity of his legendary statues give him multiple wives on top of his beauty. His ability not to be confronted by any of the thirty husbands from which wives he stole was engaging. The dance is a chance for freedom. In some cases, the women look so young they have unhappy marriages. That is how come men get away with this thievery. And it is a chance for the women to try and be happy as they find new love. It’s an exciting ritual.
