DEVELOP AN INFORMATION leaflet/online platform post informing all relevant stakeholders about an upcoming round of policy reviews. Ensure your document is professionally presented and that it attempts to deter policy implementation issues.
Ensure that your leaflet contains the following information:
reasons for the policy review and details of which policy(ies) will be reviewed
the step-by-step process (Figure 13.7 will provide background information for this)
an outline of the consultation methods to be used
the policy review start and end dates
stakeholder expectations
how feedback can be acted upon.
