DEVELOP A QUESTIONNAIRE with at least five questions for stakeholders to check the effectiveness of the following:
The promotion/sharing of a policy during the design/review, draft policy and ratification process.
Their understanding of the purposes of the policy
The clarity and applicability of the procedures that align with the policy
Ensure the objectives of your questionnaire are defined so that respondents understand the purpose and how their input can assist the review process and will be used. Ensure the questions will collect only relevant information and that they are concise, clear, unbiased and easy to understand. Refer to Chapter 10 of The Early Childhood Educator for Diploma (3rd ed) for further information on developing surveys and questionnaires.
