Please review “The Costly (and Humorous) Impact of Cultural Blunders.” Have you or someone you know ever had a misunderstanding with someone because of cultural differences (in nonverbal behaviors, actions, values, etc.)? What happened and what did you learn from it? What advice would you give to others to reduce their ethnocentrism or adjust their communication to prevent a similar misunderstanding?
