Identify benefits. Determining the expected benefits at the start of a project or program. Identify the value you expect to get out of a specific.
Execute the benefits.
Sustain the benefits.

You are the project manager of a small manufacturing business building electrical enclosures for the commercial sector. Your clients would like you to expand your product line to include product sustainment. Product sustainment will include warranties, spare parts, and technical publications to illustrate how these enclosures will be installed. Your company leadership have asked you to develop a short presentation to determine whether expansion is beneficial. They have asked you to include items 1, 2, and 3 above in your analysis. Describe your evaluation for each of these stages.
