1) Reflect upon a time when you experienced a miscommunication either caused by you or someone else, and write a summary of the situation and the problem that was caused by this miscommunication.
2) Relate the situation to one or more of the barriers to communication discussed in this weeks readings (JFI and AIH).
3) Describe how you feel your communication skills are and any weaknesses you may have in this area. Then discuss what you will do as an instructor to develop better communication skills
