Agency Description:
CSCHN is a Francophone Community Health Centre that provides health and social services to French- speaking clients. They provide a variety of services such as Health and Wellbeing, programs combating violence against women and sexual assault, childhood and Youth Mental Health, Adult counseling and addiction program, elders program, and newcomer and immigration program. They also provide smoking cessation services and interdisciplinary care in Mental Health and addiction with a program called IPC (Intern Professional Care) Mental Health and Addictions Teams.
