Trade played a major role in the political changes that took place in multiple societies throughout history. The rise of trade allowed people to interact with each other, which led to more relationships between them. This change in the way people interacted changed how they viewed themselves and others around them. It also caused those who were already powerful or wealthy to become even more powerful and wealthy, which further helped create a new status quo where certain individuals had more power over others than they previously did.

Trade has been a key way that people have interacted and communicated with each other. The trade of goods and ideas between different cultures led to increased wealth in the world, which allowed for political change.
Trade allowed for the exchange of goods, ideas and technology between different societies. In addition, it changed how people interacted with each other socially, culturally and economically.
It also increased the amount of wealth that people had and thus allowed for certain individuals to gain power over others.
Besides increasing the amount of wealth that people had, it also increased the amount of power that they held over others. Wealthier people could afford to buy more land, which meant they had more control over their slaves and workers. They also had more power over governments, since these governments needed money from taxes on farmers and merchants who were making large profits from trade with other countries.

Trade helped to facilitate political change in the era that we have discussed thus far in class. It changed the ways people interacted and communicated with each other, leading them to become more interconnected as well as wealthier than they had been before. These changes also allowed for certain individuals to gain power over others, which ultimately led to their rise as rulers over other peoples.
