The program will benefit from the following:
Describe the constituency to be served. The community is a diverse group with many different needs and desires. The main purpose of this program is for them to work on their own time, not in a classroom setting or in front of a supervisor. They can choose what they want to work on, whether it’s learning how to cook healthy meals or start their own business.
Recruitment process: A lot of people don’t know about these kinds of programs because they’re not advertised in newspapers or online like other job opportunities are; instead, they’re usually advertised through word-of-mouth or social media networks like Facebook and Twitter (Twitter especially because it’s easier than using Google).
Conclusion
We believe that by engaging with the communities we serve, we can better understand their needs and better meet those needs. By involving people in our program, we can create a sense of ownership within an organization that promotes positive outcomes for all its stakeholders. We hope these tips will help you as you embark upon your own HOW campaign!
